Please read this policy before purchasing LSA. LSA is a
tool to analyse and provide statistics on lottery draws around the
world. LSA updates
are offered for over 150 different draws mainly in the USA and UK. The live update service is a courtesy service
offered to you as a customer for free, you are not purchasing the
right to download up to date draw data. You are purchasing a user
licence for LSA. That said you the user should purchase LSA with the
understanding you are expected to update draws using notepad or
other such text editor as I cannot provide a guarantee the draws
will be kept up to the latest draw each week, although I do attempt
to do this and most of them are up to date week by week. I will not let draw updates from the live
update fall weeks behind, so if you the user do have to enter some
past draw data occasionally it will only be a week or two max. A live 24 hour up to date feed for over 150
draws would outweigh the cost / sales ratio and make LSA unviable.
Current customers don't have trouble with updates as they are mainly
up to date.
Draws outside the USA and UK
Draws held outside the USA and the UK are updated as and when
requested by a user. I cannot update these draws on a regular basis.
Please only purchase LSA if you fully understand the above policy,
no refunds can be offered if you are not happy with the update
services.
